Cancellations - I require a minimum of 48 hrs to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those clients on the cancellation list. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service. No Shows- If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/ or no-shows they will be required to pay 100% of service scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case by case bases. No Add Guest- Due to the intimate and small workspace we ask clients to refrain from bring additional guest to their service. No Kids- I love kids, but unless your child is receiving a service we ask you not to bring them to your appointment. I have exceptions so please contact me if you have questions regarding this matter. I understand that emergencies happen and life comes up, so please reach out if you need to talk about your appointment.
